Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Will It Be Before I Get My Refund?
Each claim is different from others, so processing times might vary. The average processing time is around three months, however.
How Much Do I Pay You Now?
Because we get paid only when you get paid, you owe us nothing up front – not even a deposit or a retainer. If you lose, we lose, so we pre-screen and work hard to get your claim approved.
How Much Will I Receive?
Actual refund balances differ as well, but you will be refunded 100 percent of all your mis-sold PPI claim payments made during the last six years, minus our fees. The FSA does not prorate mis-sold PPI refunds.
How Much Do I Owe on a Declined Claim?
Absolutely nothing. We get paid only if you win your claim. If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid. That’s all there is to it.
Must the Policy Be Incorrect or Defective for a Refund?
Not at all, although it can be one reason. You also qualify if you were pressured in any way or not given accurate screening or correct information.
Will You File for All Payments Made?
Absolutely! Every penny or pound you paid on a mis-sold claim will be included, processed and paid, so long as we have the information we need to help you. Only our fees, 29.5 per cent including taxes, will be withheld from your forwarded refund.
What If My Account Is Closed?
If your loan or credit account closed within six years from your claim date, you can include it in most cases.
What If I’ve Already Initiated a Claim?
So long as your claim, either in full or in part, has not been taken to the Financial Omnibudsman Service, we can help you.
We must have all documentation sent to us by recorded delivery post for us to assume responsibility for your claim litigation. Contact us first, though, to discuss your individual situation.
What If I Have Other Questions?
Please contact us. We will gladly explain any answer here or answer any other question regarding your possible mis-sold PPI claim.
